Marlen Hager
Marlen moved to Manatee County in 1952 and was an announcer for many years with Bradenton stations WDHL, WTRL, WBRD and WDUV-FM. After over 35 years in radio, the Hamilton, Ohio native retired in 1987 and took jobs with the Bradenton Police Department and Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
He was 78 when he passed away in 2001.
