ZGS Communications
ZGS Communications is an Hispanic-owned broadcasting company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia that owns and operates the largest group of Telemundo affiliate television stations. Among those in the group today (2009) is Tampa’s WRMD-CA. The company also owns two Spanish-language radio stations in the market, La Invasora WAMA-AM 1550, licensed to Tampa, and Genesis 680-AM WGES, licensed to St. Petersburg.
Since 1991, ZGS has been a community broadcaster in Tampa Bay with a special commitment to local programming, service, community outreach, and the celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage.
