Wayne Facyson
Facyson, a St. Petersburg native, got his education at Central Texas College in Killeen, TX and started out spinning records for parties and at military clubs while in the Army. After answering to Uncle Sam for nearly two decades, he returned home and landed a job at Tampa's WTMP as host of its weekend talk show “Citizen's Report.”
In 2002, he joined St. Pete Beach’s WRXB as night deejay "Jazzy Big Daddy” and eventually became program director, spinning a mix of blues, hip-hop, and some jazz four nights a week, and classic R&B on Friday nights. Since radio didn’t pay all the bills, during the day he worked locally as a radiology software developer.
