Dan Grant
Dan was from the Winter Haven area and got his start in radio at Cypress Gardens’ 50,000-watt giant WGTO when PD George Prescott hired him to work weekends in 1967 and 1968.
He went on to do middays and handle the music at WDAE in Tampa in the early 70’s during the period when Rounsaville Radio owned the station.
