Judy Fay Morts
Judy Fay was from Fulton, Missouri. During the time she and her husband, Harvey, owned Bartow’s WBAR (1994-2003), she was an on-air personality who went by the name of Sunflower.
After the radio station was sold, she continued to make her home in Lakeland until eventually returning to Missouri.
