Don Seehafer
Don Seehafer, president of Seehafer Broadcasting of Manitowac, Wisconsin, was the new owner of Cypress Gardens’ AM-1360 WYXY in 1988 after acquiring it from Roger Ball. Steve Samet and George Allen bought the station from Seehafer in 1990 and changed it to adult standards/nostalgia WHNR.
Today (2006), Seehafer Broadcasting owns WOMT-AM and WQTC-FM in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
