Bill Scott

Bill was another of the popular on-air people at WCIE. He started there in 1983 on the overnight shift and two years later moved to mid-days. He also served as Production Director and host of the youth program, Living Water. When he left Lakeland in 1989, he signed on with WJIS, The Joy FM, as morning man and Program Director of the Sarasota station.

In 1992, Bill moved to Ft. Myers and became General Manager and morning show host at WAY-FM. He worked for a year in 1995 with Dawson McAllister Youth Ministries doing production work for the organization and traveling with McAllister to youth conferences. For ten years he was president of ZJAM Youth Ministries International, an organization he and his wife, Debbie, founded in 1996, headquartered in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

In early 2007 Bill began work on a new international youth ministry similar in nature to ZJAM but on a larger scale and under the American Association of Christian Counselors.
