Michael Ricker
(Michael) Ricker left his hometown of San Francisco after finishing high school and attended San Diego State where he earned a B.A. in broadcast journalism. During his college days there, he also worked part-time at KCR, a volunteer-run student radio station on the University’s campus. Since then he has worked at WTKX-FM in Pensacola, nights on Tampa Bay’s 98Rock WXTB, and “The Rock” KSJO in San Jose.
Today (2007) Ricker is still behind the mike and does mid-days for Seattle’s “Rock 99.9 FM” KISW.
