Voncile Anderson
Voncile has spent most of her career in radio advertising and promotions in her hometown of Tampa. While attending the University of South Florida in the mid 1970’s, she had an internship at Q105 WRBQ-FM that turned into a full-time job. After almost ten years with the station, she left to start a family, but continued to freelance in promotions.
In 1991, Anderson returned to full-time work at AM-970 WFLA as its director of marketing and promotions. Two years later, she joined the sales staff of Mix 100.7 WMTX-FM, staying until 1999 when she returned to non-radio promotions work for various companies and organizations.
Since 2016, Voncile has been director of non-traditional revenue sales for Beasley Media Group’s Tampa cluster.
