Joel Weiss
Joel was from White Plains, NY and studied studio broadcasting at Emerson College in Boston, MA.
He was a 13-year Cox Radio veteran and worked with 97X WSUN beginning in 2003 doing its music and afternoons on the air. In 2016, he and other on-air people were laid off due to a shift in station direction.
During his period with Cox, Joel had also been the APD/MD for The Point WPOI before it became
Hot 101-5 in 2011.
