Carrie Kirkland

Carrie was introduced to radio quite by accident while working for Empress Cruise Lines where she met many of Tampa Bay’s radio personalities. After some time at other stations, she joined Mason Dixon’s morning show on WRBQ Q105 and eventually was named news director. Away from the station, she helped her husband, Chris Rokosz, at Rokosz Media, Inc., their full service hi-def video production business, producing everything from wedding videos to television shows and movies.

At the time of her departure from Q105 in late 2007 to spend more time with the family business, Carrie had been reporting the news on the “Mason and Bill Morning Show” and pulling a weekend air shift.
