Bob Stone

Bob (Bob Livingston) worked at WALT and WINQ during the 1960’s. At WINQ he pulled middays during the station’s music years and then moved to a late afternoon shift after the format switched to all-talk.

He returned to WALT in the late 60’s, joining newsman Bob Mackey for the station's hourly news and expanded “Mackey-Stone Report” broadcasts, before moving to television as an announcer and sportscaster for WTVT Channel 13 (1975-1978).

Bob passed away from cancer in the early 1990’s.
